The 2025 American supernatural horror movie Final Destination Bloodlines was written and directed by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, based on a concept they and Jon Watts conceived. Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein directed the film.  It is the sixth film in the Final Destination movie series, which began with Final Destination 5 (2011).  In the movie, Kaitlyn Santa Juana plays a college student who has visions of her dying grandmother's 1968 foresight that prevented a fatal structural failure and is alerted to the imminence of death for her family.  In supporting parts are Tony Todd, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, Owen Patrick Joyner, Teo Briones, and Richard Harmon.

Following the financial success of Final Destination 5, a new movie that was labeled a "re-imagining" of the brand started to be developed.  Craig Perry, the series producer, stated in March 2020 that the movie would take place "in the world of first responders," while Jeffrey Reddick, the series creator, confirmed in October of the same year that it would be the sixth installment in the franchise.  With Busick joining Taylor as a co-writer and Lipovsky and Stein as directors, the movie was scheduled to debut on the streaming channel HBO Max in January 2022.  In 2024 March, Warner Bros.  Instead, Pictures said that the movie will be released in theaters.  After being delayed because of the SAG-AFTRA strike, filming took place in Vancouver from March to May 2024.

Warner Bros. released Final Destination Bloodlines in the United States.  It has earned $186.9 million worldwide and garnered largely good reviews from critics, making it the franchise's best-reviewed and highest-grossing film.

Final Destination Bloodlines has made a total of $186.9 million globally as of May 27, 2025, with $94.3 million earned in the US and Canada and $92.6 million earned in other markets.

Bloodlines, which debuted with Hurry Up Tomorrow in the US and Canada, was expected to make between $35 and $40 million from 3,523 cinemas on its first weekend of release.  With an estimated $5.5 million from Thursday night previews, the movie earned $21 million on its first day of release.  Even after accounting for inflation, its opening weekend was the biggest for the franchise, surpassing even The Final Destination's ($27.4 million opening weekend in 2009), and it went on to debut to $51.6 million, ending #1 at the box office .

"Death's work is never done. There's always more scores to settle," Stein said, indicating that the narrative potential is still open-ended.  However, he admitted that the creative process takes years.  Perry said that Bloodlines has increased the series' creative versatility and that he is open to carrying on the property.
